No it's not a Australian Cattle dog with a docked tail. They are a genuine breed of dog. Originally bred from the Smithfield Cattle dog and a Dingo. I have a 4 month old Stumpy Tail Cattle dog. I have a video uploaded of her so look at my uploads. |

@ZiptieTheDog stumpy tails are born without tails hence the name they arent just heelers with docked tails blue heelers have tan points whereas stumpys dont |

@ZiptieTheDog was'nt the heelers tail always docked when working ? i thoguht this breed was different then the heeler i owned a heeler years ago,and i can tell ya it dosen't suitthem when their tail is docked the one breeds i can think of that look fine with it are,Boxers Rottwilers & Dobermens |

@TheAnimalDen - Up until a few years ago the Heeler's tales were docked to prevent injury to the dog while herding livestock. We have always had working Heeler stock, but Ziptie is my first with a tail. When he has puppies, I will keep the tails but those dew claws have to go. |
