It is almost 2 years later and "Mr Benjamin Snoots" has been a great addition to my family. He walks with his tail up and enjoys snuggling in the bed with his "brother" Scruffy who is a Jack Russell rescue. Please consider a shelter dog when you are thinking of adopting..they are the best! |

I just wanted to say thank you. I too have a Kennewick Washington American Eskimo Dog. It has been almost two years in June and I love her so much. She is very loving but so timid I don't think she will ever not be timid as she was eight years old and had probably hundreds of puppies in her little crappy cage. She has always wanted to be touched and has always tried real hard. Even today she will lay down in the front room with us in the evenings for just a few minutes it's just to hard. |

We rescued a little Yorkie that was used for breeding in a puppy mill. She always had her tail down, too and had never been on a leash. I used this method to train her. It took a while but after several weeks she loves her walks and prances along with her tail up! Thank you for showing me this way of training. Still working on the house training but that's going ok, too, considering that at the age of 4 she didn't have a clue about going potty outside. |

So happy to hear you have been able to take in 5 of the Kennewick Eskies. Thanks so much for sharing the video of Cory. Although he looks apprehensive about his new world which is to be expected, he looks like he's learning fast and it won't be long before he will be a happy heart bandit. Very sweet and handsome. He could not be in a better environment. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts for all you do for Eskies. |

Looks like a lot of work ahead yet. So sad when you see a dog walking tail down. There are a few of you from the group that have these babies....I commend you all! |
