Thank you for posting this video. I lost my border collie, Buddy, this past summer to cancer. He was smart and loyal and my best friend. I miss him terribly. God bless you and that wee pup. |

@cretan982 In dog years. six months is still a puppy! o don't worry about missing anything, a dog reaches an adult mindset at about 2 or 3 years. You'll have plenty of pup and adolescent time! :D |

@rashiehill I am very sorry for your loss :( I have a border collie too and this is my 2nd one. I couldn't get over the loss of my 1st one for years and my eyes still well up when I think about her. I think one day, when my day comes, I'll meet her on the other side. |

i suppose the dog don't distinguish the balls for their color, he distinguish the balls for their texture, smell... |

Borders are some smart ass dogs thats all I gotta say...we used to have a sheltie but she passed away (she was the smartest dog, even one a talent show) now we are going to get a border collie! can't wait! |

@itzMeowMix, I think what WotTehFok was trying to say was that dogs are colorblind, (not blind). Their inability to interpret colour is compensated by an extremely high sense of scent. |

@rashiehill Yeah I know how you feel, I had a boarder collie, german shepherd, husky mix dog named Chilli who has bright blue eyes and was the best dog anyone could have asked for. Super smart, friendly and would greet people with a big grin showing all his teeth. He was 2 years old and died 2 months ago from heart failure. It caught us all by surprise. he was so full of energy and life one day then the next he went down hill SUPER fast and I had to say goodbye to my best friend. |

@WotTehPhok dogs aren't blind, they can see just fine. |

It might be hard to distinguish the blue ball and the tennis ball considering dogs are blind. |
