Lovely dogs, sorry to hear they are no longer with us.
Lost my Airedale who was 3 months shy of 16 years old just over a month ago so I know exactly how you feel. Miss my boy every day and it's not the same without having him there to greet you home everyday and entertain you in ways that only an Airedale can. They are an amazing breed and anyone thinking about getting one, if you are committed to the dog you will not find a better breed. |

I've had airedales all of my life, since I was 8. They're so full of character and so faithful you just can't go past them. Incredible breed. |

@girlwiththeguitar99 They are gone now, but they both lived a long full life with loads of fun. Miss them still, though. |

Wonderful dogs. We actually had a girl named Sophie as well. She passed a couple months ago. She was an elegant, smart, beautiful animal. Her partner in crime, Margot is still with us and reminds us every day why we love Airedales so much. They're incredible dogs. |

Awh, I know what it's like to go through losing an Airdale.. I lost mine about 6 months back. Very sad. Now all I have left are memories and it's important to cherish them. <3 |

yarrr you'll know when it's time. =) I usually get another 4 months after one is gone. It takes me a while to recover and although I think of them everyday for some reason 4 months is my average. I have a 2 year old now his name is Stanley, an 11 yr old I adopted from ATRA and a 1 year old Scotty (my first scot). Airedales and Scotties are a good match they are sooo mischevious and fun. |

So very true.. My good friend Sue (also an ADT nut) said "never!" when I asked her when I would stop missing them.. Perhaps it's soon time for a new 'dale? :-) |

Airedales are like potato chips. You can't just have 1. I've had 3 at one time when I was single and took them everywhere with me. Sorry to hear they're gone. I know the feeling but they stay with your forever. |
